The best approach to utilizing this video (as a learning tool) is to read one tip from your card and then watch for only that technique being demonstrated throughout the video. 

For example, you might watch only the skier’s pole plant throughout the entire video (Notice the skier plants her pole out by the tip of her ski and at the end of each turn, prior to entering the new turn).  When viewing the video a second time you may want to focus on just the skier’s knees, and so on.
