KMS

Yesterday at the JO Nationals the KIllington Mt. School was skiing very good. Went over to Deb and told her that I was very impressed at how the kids were skiing.

Seemed to me that there hands were wider and the skiers were starting the turns on the downhill ski. Skiers were also higher in the C or above the fall line and were taking less impact. The skiers had more float from turn to turn. Which as we have said start in the previous turn.

Way to go Deb, DJ, Mat and the Killington Mt. School.

IMO this is how the sport of mogul skiing will progress.

thanks. Iceman is in their weekend program (I can't afford KMS at this point). But he gets the benefit of their coaching. Hopefully some of it will rub off on him. Looking to qualify to JOs next season.

Yesterday while watching the JO Nationals if you listened to the skiers those making less noise were skiing faster than those making more noise.

Sun Valley skiers as well as KMS and others that had less impact to me skied more above the fall line than those that skied below the fall line.

To me less noise or impact is better skiing and another way to measure how good the skier is skiing. Just listen to your skiing.
