About the Trainer
Bolbjerg has more than ten years experience with
conditioning for skiing. She is a two time
Olympic finalist and competed on the world cup
freestyle ski tour in the physically challenging
discipline of moguls skiing. She has
trained her way back to the top of the field after
such serious injuries as herniated discs and a torn
ACL. After her skiing career she majored in
engineering writing her thesis on the biomechanics
of the knee. She is also a certified and
experienced personal trainer.
