This Ski-Fitness DVD provides a concise, full body workout that will help you:

      ·        feel strong and fit to appreciate your skiing time to the fullest

·        avoid being the one that everyone has to wait for

·        avoid the aches and pains of the first skiing days

·        Save time by getting an athletic toning of the whole body while preparing for ski season!

 

Adjustable to Fit Your Current Fitness Level

  • The program consists of two progressions 

·        Each progression has 2 different programs to do on alternating workout days. 

·        You can do these alternately for up to 4 workout days a week.

·        Once you feel ready, you can crank up the challenge and move on to progression 2

·        The exercises are also well suited for outdoor training if you prefer

·        Each session takes about 30 minutes of effective training

 

About the Trainer

Anja Bolbjerg has more than ten years experience with conditioning for skiing.  She is a two time Olympic finalist and competed on the world cup freestyle ski tour in the physically challenging discipline of moguls skiing.  She has trained her way back to the top of the field after such serious injuries as herniated discs and a torn ACL.  After her skiing career she majored in engineering writing her thesis on the biomechanics of the knee.  She is also a certified and experienced personal trainer.
